− The size and very basic amenities.
Excelente ubicación para turismo en Manhattan, para descansar y organizar el día.
8.0Habitación justo con lo necesario para turismo de persona viajando sola, Ubicación excelente a 2 cuadras de estacion Penn St, muy cerca de sitios turisticos de Manhattan. La nevera y cocineta apenas para refrescar agua y bebidas para las caminatas.
− Baño compartido un poco desaseado, antiguo y descuidado. Las escaleras suenan los peldaños, tiende a sentirse peligroso, podría hacerse una mejora conservando la arquitectura antigua pero que no parezca descuidado.

− Both the towels given to me weren't clean and was was very worn out as were the kitchen cleaning utensils like the sponge and cloth; I had to get new ones. Shower clearly hadn't been cleaned, both the shared shower and toilet had no sink.
Great location and price
8.0Great location. We chose the room with the ensuite and were pleasantly surprised. It contained a large fridge, an oven, a fan and table and chairs. The hot water was good. It hada hair dryer. The owner loaned us an iron and was easily contactable vía WhatsApp. It was a short walk to Penn station and located close to many cafes. Located at the rear of the building, it was quiet at night.
− Bed probably needs to be replaced. There was only one ceramic mug so an extra mug would be good.
