6.0It was spacious.
− Conversations from the manager’s office and recreational/dining area could be clearly heard in our accommodation. The shower cubical floor had a sticky resin type application which appeared to cover cracks in the floor and this patching was dirty. The window frames and skirting boards had also not been cleaned.
Great place to rest, prepare meals, get a good sleep then be on our way with a minimum of fuss.
9.0Location. Plenty of room. Well equiped kitchen. Property manager helped me with access.
− Had to walk up stairs with my stuff. But that’s just what you get with an upstairs room.

An overnight stay and very affordable for a travelling family of two adults and 3 young children.
8.0Affordable accommodation. John the Manager was excellent and communication was great. Place is outdated but clean and tidy.
