− Fenster gehören geputzt, Geschirrspüler sollte ausgeräumt sein bei Ankunft. Vl auch Gläser erneuert. (Viele Gläser, aber oft nur ein Stück)

Saubere Unterkunft in schöner Urlaubsregion. Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien- oder Gruppenaufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich - toller Service :)

− Rezeption etwas schwierig zu finden. Eine 'Grundausstattung' (z.b. Salz/Pfeffer/Öl) wäre noch praktisch gewesen.

Die Sauberkeit

− Es wurde ein Jacuzzi beworben, der nicht vorhandenen war und tatsächlich der Grund für die Buchung war. Die Betten waren kleiner als Standardgröße, was nirgends erwähnt wurde. Mein Sohn schlug sich jede Nacht mehrfach den Kopf an, da das Bett zu kurz war. Die Betten sind auch alle schmäler.Meine Tochter war Gott sei Dank klein genug, dass ihr das nicht passiert ist. Es ist alles auch sehr hellhörig und man hört die Nachbarn, bei geschlossenen Fenstern, wenn diese sich normal draußen unterhalten. Ich reklamierte den nicht vorhandenen Jacuzzi und schickte auch die geforderten Screenshots von booking, in welchem der Jacuzzi zweimal erwähnt wurde. Daraufhin wurde mir erklärt, dass dies der Fehler von booking.com ist und wir dort genau diese Unterkunft gebucht hätten, welche keinen Jacuzzi hat. Somit war für die Dame der Fall erledigt. Dann hatten wir noch ein Problem mit der Heizung, die wir reklamierten und erst am nächsten Tag kam der Hausmeister, worüber wir auch nur informiert wurden, als wir nach 1 1/4 Stunden nachgefragt haben. Die Unterkunft soll für bis zu sechs Personen ausgelegt sein, aber es ist eine Couch für höchstens 3 Personen und ein großer Beistellhocker im Wohn-Esszimmer, also bleibt eigentlich nur die Essecke, wenn tatsächlich sechs Personen gleichzeitig zusammen sitzen wollen.
