Comfortable property in a wonderful location.

House is in a great location overlooking lake and a short walk into the centre of Beechworth. It is spacious and was well maintained and was well set up with everything we needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Our group absolutely LOVED this space, we had 11 adults and at no point did we feel crowded or in each other's space.

− That the photos did not serve this place justice! That was the only negative.

Great house in a excellent location.

The house is in a great location looking out on Lake Sambal but also close to the centre of Beechworth. There is plenty of space in the house and it is well set up and provided with all essentials. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Perfect location on the lake. We were in town for the Beechworth Granite Classic event and this was perfectly located only a short walk to the event village. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable. Perfect for families.
