A warm and spacious stay amongst the snowgums.

Loved the comfy beds, the linen, the excellent heating, open fire, layout of rooms. Great service when required. Accessibility to toboggan run!

− No scissors, wonky kitchen cupboard door, slow oven and cooktop. Not knowing to push “the black bit” of the keypad to finalise the entry code was a little stressful.

Lovely place but cleaner could do better for cleaning

Nice location

− The place isn't really clean when we arrive. Can feel that there is a lot of dust in each bedroom. Kitchen area is not clean either. Stove top took so long to heat up.

great location, beds very comfortable, very warm property, excellent drying room, great size for large family.

− needed a good clean especially kitchen. back splash full of grease, some drawers had crumbs, fridge was dirty, some bowls dirty with food still stuck on edges, cobwebs in main living area looked like they had been there for some time. left the fridge and drawers as we found them, didn’t use kitchen for cooking and used fridge to store milk only. very disappointed considering paid top dollar!
