10.0It was clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. We felt relaxed and it has a real holiday feel to it.

10.0The chalet was lovely, it exceeded my expectations. Very cozy homely feel. Everything we needed. Staff in the main complex were great and very helpful.

4.0It was fairly comfortable.
− There was no key on arrival, so we had to wait for someone to bring a spare. Said that it was suitable for disabled but, my mother was unable to get in to use the shower. Also, to gain access to the chalet there is a raised lump in the footpath, so she had to go onto the grass The TV's picture was often unwatchable due to poor reception. The internet was very poor. The place wasn't very clean, there were several spiders and cobwebs
