Loved the property and location was amazing very clean, pool was immaculate gardens beautiful and very close to the marina

− Broadband speed and beds were hard was a little sore in the mornings

Хорошая вилла, со всем необходимым. Три спальни, три туалета, три душа, большая гостиная, кухня со всем необходимым, две терассы, мангал, бассейн( при нас чистили дважды). Всё очень хорошо. Нам понравилось. Единственное - не было мусорных пакетов( но это такая мелочь).

The location was ideal for what we wanted. Close to a restaurant and beach The garden was well kept and maintained while we were there. The wifi and washing machine were fixed after being reported

− Broken/split umbrellas not enough to shade 6 sunbeds. Only 4 cushions on 6 sun loungers. The other 2 were dumped at the top of the garden.Broken white plastic chair. Kitchen bin broken. It was the same 2 years ago. Lights not working over back door, patio door and near wardrobe in ground floor bedroom. Pool light didn't work and light by the pool not fixed down. Outside lights go off when key taken out so dark when we got back at night. Hook hanging off door of ground floor shower room and towel ring missing. Towel ring in cloakroom hanging off wall. Nowhere to hang bath towels in upstairs double bedroom bathroom. Hook in cupboard as was 2 years ago. Seat pads for the patio chairs would have made them more comfortable. Plastic cups/beakers would have been useful for around the pool. The pool pump made a very loud screeching sound when starting up which we reported. Someone came out but did nothing. It became quieter during the 2 weeks. We had no internet when we arrived. This was fixed on Monday The washing machine didn't work and was replaced the next day. No cleaning was done during the "mid stay clean" The beds and towels were changed and the bins emptied. Leaving no bag in the kitchen bin.

Be careful if you are about to book this property.

Location was perfect. The house was comfortable and functional, with beautiful outdoor spaces.

− The house needs maintenance, especially in the pool area and the showers. The toaster should be thrown away. The pool was very dirty. Our experience with the property manager was very bad. On the day of check-in, he asked us to pay a €300 deposit in case we caused any damage, as a condition for giving us instructions for the key. Completely unacceptable and extortionate. He should have mentioned it before we made the booking and prepaid the accommodation cost.

Very rude staff , she obviously didn’t appreciate being called in to work on a Sunday, she was supposed to arrive 0915-0

Beautiful villa with excellent pool and pretty garden.Close enough to walk to the excellent sea food restaurants in Laatchi harbour.
