Okay if the pice is good enough

Off-Season Price was very good and is reflected in my overall rating. However i cant imagine someone paying like 2000Eur a week in summer season

− Kitchen Equipment Vey Old. Its almost impossible to cook in the kitchen with provided pots/pans/acessories. There is NO Dishwasher. One bedroom has very noisy almost non functional AC AC in general switches off automatically after max 6 hours. AC has some leaks for condensated water = dark spots on walls You are asked to heat water only for one hour. So in case you dont have aunny weather (main source for heating is sun) you have to always think in advance. Rooftop water is also used in kitchen so in cloudy weather you have to switch on manually in advance to be able to wash your dishes. Warm water takes ages to come downstairs Water pressure is weak, showers are very old as well so washing your hair becomes a challenge. If you try to use both bathroom at once, you will face temperature shocks - so effectivally, only one person can take a shower at once. In colder times, its very hard to heat up the property. Downstairs is only one portable heater, upstairs you can use AC limited with 6 hours. At the same time, wind is blowing through whole Villa as windows have leaks around sealing. If you try to heat up and cook at the same time, Main fuse will trigger off - for some reason, fuse inside of the house is 63A but the main is weaker. So you have to search it near pool behind wooden door to switch on again. After we paid our reservation, we got further conditions mentioning that you are not allowed to bring two cars.

− Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν: πετσί κουζίνας για πάγκους, πλαστικές σακούλες στους καλάθους των w.c., extra plastic bags, trash bags, μαξιλάρια στις ξαπλώστρες πισίνας, κουτσακοτήρια. Το a/c στο μικρο υπνοδωματιο κάνει πολύ θόρυβο.

Quiet area but very close to Latchi bay where you can find supermarkets and various restaurants. Also near beaches, even though we preferred staying home in the pool. There was lots of privacy something we neede. Also we were welcomed with a big basket of fruits and a bottle of wine, the pool was clean, the whole house was clean. Everything we needed during our stay, was there.
