Lovely villa in a good location for Latchi harbour

The property is very clean, well maintained and within walking distance of the harbour with its restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Alex (lovely guy) the owner came early every morning to clean the pool. He even brought us some lovely lemons from his garden to welcome us.

Beautiful villa with pool in perfect location

A beautifully kept villa in a perfect location just a two minute walk from the local beach and 15-20 minutes to bars and restaurants. Both the villa and pool were immaculate. Alex and Katerina were so friendly and helpful and we thank them for making our time in Cyprus so enjoyable.

Very enjoyable stay

We stayed at the villa for 4 nights in September and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute easy walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the center of Latchi. From the balcony, we enjoyed lovely sea views. The villa has a beautiful garden and a nice deep pool, perfect for relaxing. Our bedroom was large, clean, and very comfortable. The owners, Alex and his wife, were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

− Overall, everything was great. The only minor issue was that the air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t quite powerful enough for the room size. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped, but we did miss having a juicer — it would be a wonderful addition on an island full of delicious oranges.
