Magical villa, with picturesque garden and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay in Havelock to access the regio

Charming villa ideally located to access some of the best vineyards in the region; also handy to Te Mata Peak. Havelock centre with many great restaurants and shops is five minutes away by car or an easy walk. The villa is nicely decorated as pictured but is even nicer in reality. The crisp fresh linen and comfy big beds, large living and dining areas make it ideal for a larger group. The property also benefits from a lovely garden and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy, including bbq and dining areas. The host was really lovely, communicated very well and went out of her way to ensure our needs were exceeded!

Very friendly, great location, very clean and lovely decorated period property. Spacious and everything you need.

− Could have done with another bathroom for size of the property. While there is aircon in the hallway some of the rooms were very hot in summer temperatures

Comfy beds. Nicely furnished.

− The outdoor furniture needs cushions or sealing. We all got a reaction to it wearing shorts. Scratchy/pins and needles. Like fibre glass itch. Just worth noting as everything else was great.
