Ubicació, zona exterior, jacuzzy, vistes al canal, atenció del personal al càrrec

− Part de les instal.lacions i mobiliari obsolet, falta de cilmatització en dos habitacions, olor humitat habitació principal, formigues zona cuina, vam comprar antiformigues..., necessita obres en general i reparacions i actualitzacions vàries, sembla q fa 25/30 anys q no renovat algunes parts de la casa.
