1.0The house was well equipped and the furnishing great
− · Lack of Security. On our last evening we were attacked at 20.30 by 4 armed balaclaved men, all our laptops/cellphones/jewelry stolen and 3 of us were injured seriously needing to go to ICU - its the 4th day after the attack and 2 are still in ICU. We were not given any indication that there was a potential risk. There was a similar similar attack on guests a month before and no warning was given to us to be alert and vigilant. The property was very exposed to farm workers in the vicinity and a distinct lack of privacy, with workers having full view of the guesthouse and our activities. Suggestion the guesthouse be fenced off, an extra guard and shown the panic buttton on arrival. Host got day wrong of our arrival - so a rushed clean-up.

4.0The property was very nice and clean and had every utensil you will probably need during your stay. The host even sent someone to bring us toothpaste that we forgot to back, which was exceptional.
− I felt there was a lot of mistrust between us and the host, she first sent one of her stuff members to fetch our remote to fix something, which was very odd, then when she brought back the remote after a few hours she did not tell us she is coming she just barged in unannounced which was also very alarming. Last on the last day a random guy came and stated he was sent to cut the grass and we said OK by then I was already pissed off by this whole thing. The garden guy said he will wait until we check out, suddenly he comes back after 5min asking if we not suppose to check out now but when we checked the time it was 9:00am in the morning. We packed there and then and left the premises immediately!!! Ps: if you want a quiet get away this is absolutely not it!! The farm workers are very loud throughout our stay it was most definately not an escape.
