− I called person before reaching these from Mysore. He was very rude at first place. Then being female he started asking me questions like how am coming , do I need pickup and also if I am married. Which does not make any scence. He asked personal questions rather than about our stay. When I said I am coming with family and I have senior citizens he just said ok ok I asked him to share location he said ok but never shared location for 3 hours. When we called him after reaching coorg, he did not respond for first time. Then he picked u and said wrong number when we called 2-3 times. Then after 1 hour he cancelled our booking without informing us. We were very disturbed as we reached there by 8 pm and due to long weekend all accomodation were full. We had to find stay from scratch. So I am so unhappy about the service. This is worst service I have ever received I felt like go and give him slap for over all experience I had with this nonsense people. Why they start business when they can not handle it. I need my compensation for what ever trouble I had with this booking

the location is good, just outside town but nearby

− no toiletries like soap, towels ( given one was not usable and not hygiene)

The only thing I liked, was they boiled milk for my baby. That's it.

− I felt he was cheating because when I booked the room, I booked only two people. After that I messaged him personally we are three adults and he said okay and I paid the advance amount also. He sent me a fake handwritten receipt (with added GST amount - usually GST bill is a computerized bill, but this one was not) mentioning the advance and the balance amount also. I agreed. On booking.com it says the entire villa with two rooms and all. I went there, and the images on the website were pictures of their own house. What guests get is a tiny shack-like long room with hardly any windows and no ceiling fan. We didn't like it. since I have already given the advance, we decided to stay there. Then he told me to pay the balance soon and I should pay an additional amount of 350 for the extra person. He didn't tell me this before, even in the receipt he sent, it was not mentioned. I argued but no use. I ended up paying around 1400/day for this shack. The room is so suffocating if you close the one window it has due to the cold, it is hard to breathe there. My baby is awake the whole night. I could have booked an Airbnb. Anyway please look out. This is a scam. Don't give him advance before seeing the room. Otherwise, you will end up like me. Worst experience ever from booking.com
