The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The villa is spacious, has convenient drive-in parking, and a lovely garden.

− A few things could be improved. The lady who welcomed us only spoke Italian, so it was difficult to understand the information she was explaining. The property could have been cleaner, as there were stains on the carpets and the bed sheets were discoloured. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for six people staying six days, so we had to buy all the essentials ourselves. We also found it inconvenient that only one set of keys was provided for six guests. The front door can only be opened with the key, so if one person has the keys outside, those inside cannot unlock the door, and vice versa, which was quite inconvenient. Finally, the wardrobes and drawers are quite old and had an unpleasant smell.

La cura del giardino esterno, ampio parcheggio, vista sull'Etna, possibilità di fare barbecue e sfruttare gli spazi esterni. Stanze ampie, riscaldamenti funzionanti anche in bagno, zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

− Alcune zone non erano abbastanza pulite, completamente assenti tutte gli ingredienti base per cucinare (niente olio, zucchero, caffè, sale), neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. Box doccia rotto, stoviglie datate, non c'era neanche un detersivo per lavare il bagno o per fare la lavatrice (che è presente in struttura). Le lampadine di alcuni lampadari erano fulminate e quindi le stanze poco illuminate. La caldaia non erogava acqua calda in maniera costante. Biancheria da bagno non presente.
