Spacious villa in a good location, but let down by misleading photos, poorly maintained BBQ facilities, and disappointin

The villa is spacious, the pool area is pleasant, and the sea views are attractive. The location is convenient for Coral Bay and provides good access to local amenities. We were able to enjoy family time together and, after making our own adjustments, were able to make use of the outdoor BBQ area.

− Unfortunately, several aspects of the villa did not match the expectations created by the listing. The BBQ facilities were not in a usable condition on arrival. The main BBQ was missing a suitable cooking tray, while the traditional Cypriot BBQ was missing components and contained heavily rusted parts. Despite reporting the issue, the replacement provided was not suitable, and we ultimately had to find our own solution in order to use the BBQ during our stay. The outdoor furniture shown in the advertising photographs was also not presented as advertised. The balcony no longer contained the table and chairs shown in the listing, and the rattan furniture had been relocated to an area overlooked by neighbouring apartments, reducing the sense of privacy that the photographs suggest. In addition, the pool attendant arrived during our stay without prior notice. While maintenance is understandable, advance notice would have been appreciated at a property marketed as a private villa. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of communication from the management company after these issues were raised.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location was excellent, the pool was fantastic, and it had all the equipment and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was excellent. The villa is very cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.
