Everything was perfect. The host Martina & Josip were very helpful. The beach was five minutes by car and not busy at all. The pool was good. We would go there again.

We loved staying at Villa Maris and Istria is amazing

The property is located 5 minutes away by car from the closest beach, in a small old traditional village. The house is very clean, with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. It was spacious enough for out family of 5 people and one big dog. The car can be parked either in front of the property or at the property with no cost. It is suitable for a vacation with children no matter the age.

− A small disadvantage is that it is right next to a church where the bells ring for 1 minute at 6 am, however if one closes the windows (the house has 2 air conditioners), the bells can barely be heard.
