7.0Very spacious and sufficient clean facilties and utensils. The welcome deluxe bread and wine with rusks and sugar nice touch of welcome and hospitality.
− The property is in great location, in beautiful nature, remote and amazing views, but the +-7km( parts quite steep) dirt and rocky road to get there was a huge challenge and not disclosed ahead of time. Takes a good 15 to 20 min from main rd to property and vice versa. Would not advise any small/compact car to drive that rd, must be SUV of 2x4 or 4x4. Facilities great, but utilities challenging...Water pressure not great, also a time where there was no water, and warm/hot water a challenge. Only solar energy available, have to be careful with usage of lights, dishwasher etc. Mouse/mice in kitchen got into food and left droppings on counter. Property was open, Keys available to lock when leaving property,not an issue. But needed to be communicted in advance.
The Perfect Reset Retreat
10.0The beds where exceptionally comfortable. very neat and clean. The views are beautiful and love that the kids could play and roam around. Wonderful and very kind hosts that gifted potbrood and wine and offered to transport us due to our vehicle unable to drive on the dirt road. Mountain Haven is the ideal holiday retreat that can be enjoyed all year round. Peaceful location and the perfect place for a reset.
