This is our second time in a row visiting this wonderful place as a family, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This time, there were beautiful extra touches from Engineer Khaled, the owner, which made our stay even more special. The villa itself is spacious, with a large and beautifully maintained garden. Compared to last year, everything felt even clearer and more refined. The beach remains outstanding, with soft, golden sand and no noticeable ebb and flow, making it perfect for relaxation and swimming. What makes this place truly unique is the tranquility and privacy it offers right by the sea. In addition, Engineer Khaled’s excellent relations with the entire village made us feel warmly welcomed by everyone. He was always ready and very quick to provide any assistance we needed, which added greatly to our comfort. A truly wonderful destination for anyone seeking peace, privacy, and natural beauty. We look forward to coming back again!

"This villa is excellent, especially for those who love tranquility and enjoy picturesque nature. The villa is spacious and bright, with views of the sea and natural light from most windows. The ground floor features a large reception area with a clear sea view, a spacious and refreshing garden with a beautiful swing, a large kitchen overlooking the sea, a dining table, and all necessary supplies and more. The three rooms on the first floor are comfortably divided, each offering a clear sea view. The reception area on the first floor, with its large balcony and ample space, provides multiple relaxation spots for families. The sandy beach offers stunning natural colors, and the water level is ideal for swimming at all times despite the tides. Typically, few other families were on the beach, providing us freedom and the opportunity to enjoy the sea without disturbance. Our host, Engineer Khaled, was very friendly, cooperative, helpful, and always available to meet our needs. He also provided us with many suggestions to enhance our trip experience. The city of Ras Sadr is conveniently close to the villa, approximately 10 minutes by car, and offers everything we need at lower prices compared to Cairo."My whole family and I have decided that we will definitely return to this place often to enjoy this natural beauty.
