Location was great, caretaker was very helpful. House need maintenance and furniture was old.

− property need major renovation, Aquaguard/ purifier was hard to operate. rooms had odor smell, maybe due to to monsoon.

Location and cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms

− The staff was reluctant to provide services as expected from the brand. The shampoo pouches were only 1 in the bathroom between 2 people. Bed linen.were torn in some places. Had to request too many times for towels and even had to complain in the group to get the things done. Things should happen upon 1 request only not too many times

The property is 10 mins walk away from the main market of Lonavala, and it makes it super accessible and yet far from the daily chaos of the traffics. The best part was the Caretaker person named "Puran", he was humble and exceptionally helpful during our stay. He made sure about the cleanliness of the property and also guided us on how to get to the nearest stores for essentials shopping (like groceries, veggies etc).
