Fantastic getaway for two families with kids and / or dogs

Cosy and great spaces for two families, the kids had their own TV room and ensuite. It was done up nicely, beautiful colour scheme. The fancy rocket coffee machine and trampoline was a huge bonus. We loved the fire and the heat pumps. Well kitted out, comfortable warm beds, great location and the village folk were extremely friendly. We would definitely be keen to come here again. The whole vibe was cool, which made for a great holiday! Well located and close to some beautiful walks, Turoa ski field and the Waione horse treks - a must do activity!

− Small things, but since you ask…The possum that peed under the house and made an almighty stench, which then attracted the neighbourhood pitbull to our back door! Also the cupboard corner door in the kitchen kept falling off and we didn’t have a screwdriver with us to fix it. A brighter light in the lounge would be nice. We would have ideally liked more than one towel each, a second set of bin bags and more toilet paper for our four day stay.

Lovely cottage style accommodation in a quiet and handy location to town. Loved having a fireplace. Beds were comfy and the cottage had everything you could need.

− Only negative was the frying pans. They need tossing
