9.0استلام الفيلا والدخول اليها كان في غاية السهولة وبدون تعقيدات ، وكان بها غرف كافيه لعدد افرد العائلة وموقعها جيد في منطقه هادئة وبعيده عن ازعاج حركة السيارات ، وهي مجهزه بكافة المعدات والوسائل . كما ان الانترنت متوفر وسريع ، وكانت الإقامة مريحه وهادئة بشكل عام.
− مبلغ الايجار مبالغ فيه ، وعند استلام الفيلا لم تكن النظافه فيها على المستوى المطلوب ،كما كانً بعض الأثاث قديما نوعا ما .

− På det ene badeværelse kunne døren ikke låses, og på det andet badeværelse manglede ophænget til bruseren. Der var rodet omkring huset
