The location is great and value for money is definitely there. More communication around privacy expectations are needed

− Unserviced property, which I was happy with, and was made clear by the notices all throughout the home reminding guests to turn off unused plugs, turn off lights, and ensure dishes are done. Being an unserviced stay, I didn’t appreciate that while I was out, someone had come into the property and turned off a lamp I had left on and partially made the bed. I found this quite unsettling - especially as it wasn’t disclosed that someone would be entering the property while I was out. I’m sure intentions were good, but it made me uncomfortable.

10.0Warm and cozy with the heat pump and an electric blanket. Handy to where we needed to be. Lots of room and very homely. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great.
− The vinyl couches are very firm and not the most comfortable to curl up on .

10.0Super comfy, a great place to stay. Elaine greeted us and was so, so helpful and accommodating.
− It was a tiny bit out of town and next to a railway line, but there were so few trains and we hardly heard them. So we would highly recommend this place 😊
