7.0Homestay was fine in most aspects.
− However, there were cockroaches and ants everywhere, every single day (due to either poor hygiene or infrequent pest control of the owner). Furthermore, there was low water pressure, especially in the sinks. There were no 2 sofa beds as mentioned by the owner.
Nice and worth the money kind of stay!

3.0− I was quite disappointed with my recent staycation, as the experience fell short in several key areas. The bedsheets were not changed, raising hygiene concerns. The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable, one of the dining chairs was broken, and no extra comforter was provided — which made the nights uncomfortably cold. In addition, the water flow in the master bedroom was extremely slow... so much so that it was difficult even to wash my face. These basic amenities were not properly maintained, and overall, the stay was far from relaxing. Given the poor condition of the facilities and lack of attention to guest comfort, I would say it was not worth the money. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
