Lovely place

It's a lovely place, cosy and close to everything we planned on doing. Clean and well organised. Pool was lovely (just a bit cold before full holiday season)

− The hot water for showers didn't last too long. The radiator on the back twin room didn't work. No trays to put food in over.

Nice country house!

Lovely property located in remote area (countryside) yet within 7 minutes drive from the city and 20 min from the nice beaches. It is well equipped and perfectly suitable for a family retreat unless two unpleasant things described below that we really did not like at all.

− Two things - the pool has no heating option thus it was a bit too chilly for swimming, and for some reason the yard and the pool was full of caterpillars (worms) that kept crawling around during our stay. Each morning we had to clean the pool from them, a bit disgusting - ugh!

The outside space was fabulous and just as the pictures showed. Lots of places to chill and relax.

− We checked out and booked alternative accommodation for the last two nights!! The property is in an isolated location & the house didn’t feel secure, only one small shutter and lock on the front access and no key for the internal door. Felt it wasn’t secure at night or when we left during the day. Be aware that with being rural and all on one level you can’t open the windows at night and feel secure, this means the fans are recirculating hot air around and the heat is unbearable. Shower inside didn’t work well and position of shower head made it difficult to use so had to use outside shower. Kitchen was tiny and there was no bench space to prepare dinner. Many of the items needed replaced and were past their best. House was very dark in comparison to the images online and third bedroom is really only suitable for children as no space other than a small set of drawers. As previous reviews have mentioned the bin situation was awful, driving around in the heat with bags of waste was not ideal. Recycling facilities were difficult to find and we often had to drive to other towns to find them. If you leave anything you will be charged so must be sure to be on top of this during your stay!! Agents were very unhelpful, had issues paying the 300€ deposit, finally after days of trying it worked. Then they couldn’t refund it so did a bank transfer and we got 25€ less back! Wouldn’t refund the tourist tax for the days we checked out even though we had proof we had paid it at the property we then checked in to.
