В доме есть все необходимое для проживания, хороший интерьер, современный. Рядом с домом замечательная территория. Если вы с детками то самое то. Нам все очень понравилось. Отзывчивый собственник,всегда на связи ( днем и ночью). Все прошло замечательно 🙏🏻❤️

Modern, private villa close to the beach

Everything brand new fixtures and fittings. Location was very peaceful. Garden was pretty. Enjoyed the open plan dining living area. Close to local shops.

Отдыхали семьей с пятерыми детьми, всем все очень понравилось. Отличная новая вилла, со всеми условиями и удобствами. Вся необходимая бытовая техника, в том числе сушильная машина, которая очень пригодилась, хороший Wi Fi. Недалеко лучший пляж в Гонио, чистое море, мало людей. Рано утром, чувствуется сильный потрясающий запах эвкалиптовых деревьев, растущих в непосредственной близости. Красивый сад с фруктовыми деревьями. Большое спасибо хозяину Тимуру и его жене, это приятные, порядочные люди, готовые вам помочь в любом вопросе. Также к ранее опубликованным отзывам, просьба зашторить или установить жалюзи на окна.

Отличное место, в которое мы бы смело вернулись еще раз! Ухоженная территория, все необходимое было и работало без проблем. Расположением так же остались довольны, до моря около 500м, пляж не забитый, море чистое, есть лежаки (5 лари) и зонтики (5 и 20 лари) в пешей доступности пару небольших магазинчиков, есть много магазинчиков и кафе в сторону Квариати либо Батуми, после 18:00 дорога до какого ни будь ТЦ Гранд Молл занимала около 30 мин. Отдельно стоит отметить Темура, очень отзывчивый и приятный человек.

− Просьба в спальни добавить жалюзи или темные шторы.
