− viel zu dunkel, nicht eingezäunt (Hunde erlaubt), die verschwiegene Hauskatze welche im Hauskeller schläft (man musste den Keller offen lassen), kein Meerblick trotz Angabe in der Anzeige, keine Insektenschutzgitter, Geschirr nicht sauber, defekte Dusche (Thermostat), 1 Parkplatz für ein kleines Fahrzeug, das Grundstück war nicht versperrbar…
