− niente e sporca muore di fredo non funzionano i termosifoni ho spregato i soldi non vale midispiace che una villa bella cosi con una panorama meravigliosa e maltratato in queste condizione

1.0− La casa è sporca e infestata dagli insetti, e il riscaldamento non funziona. Non riusciva a dormire con 18 gradi.

8.0Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, super gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit einem Hammer Blick und man kann sogar den Garten nutzen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es richt auch im unteren Bereich leicht muffig, aber ansonsten klasse. Wenn man zu Fuß in die City laufen will, muss man ein paar Meter den Berg hochlaufen und kommt an einer etwas unangenehmen Stelle vorbei, wo es für Fußgänger wirklich ‘eng’ wird, was den Abstand zu den vorbei rasenden Autos angeht.

− The seating was uncomfortable, the main bedroom bed was a makeshift hard wood affair. The garden is unkempt. The road noise is a distraction. Parking is terrible
