5.0The main house is nice. The view of the 8th green is lovely.
− The 1 bed apartment, is water damaged and absolutely stinks of dirty water and damp and has a dehumidifier running continuously. It's disgraceful to rent a property in that condition. It is infested with ants caused by visible damage to the wall around the door. The outdoor maintenance of the property is poor.
If you’re not looking for comfort, it is well equipped and a good location

− The property is very tired and would benefit from sprucing up. Outside needs painting around garden area and new fencing. Towels are old and duvet cover was too short for the actual duvet!

10.0Perfect location we loved watching the golfers on the 8th and close to all the amenities. Also a lovely location for walks around the Vale Do Lobo. The layout was ideal for our group and both Villas had everything we needed. Steve was great in answering any questions
− We had some issues with the locks which Steve is dealing with. Only other recommendations we would make is another comfortable chair or small sofa in the main Villa and a small welcome pack which others have mentioned but appreciate that may increase the price!

The property consists of two separate villas each with one bedroom having a double bed.
The villas are separated by a garden so not suitable for a family who have young children who cannot be left alone. You can have the one villa and have the children sleeping in with you , but this is not for everyone.
Whether you book one or two villas you will have exclusive use of the pool and garden.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
