− Haushälterin war jeden Morgen da, hat etwas die Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt. Küche in die Jahre gekommen, Kochfeld mit Sprung, Schränke zT aufgequollen und über Abzug Schwarzschimmel an der Wand.

− The person who was supposed to clean the property did not clean at all ,especially the kitchen,she wanted us to do the dishes and keep it clean ,she would just come and inspect

Waste of money if I knew about construction I would rent something else . Kind of ripped of. DONT RENT!!!

Pool was ok even if it was run down and maid was so sweet.

− To be honest, I’m so disappointed. There is 2 constructions next to house woke up by concrete cutting excavators 7am every morning. There is a landfill u have to see everyday next to house. Builder sometimes work until 8pm and burned shit that smelled awful. Owner did not put this in listing on booking.com. It’s kind of lying to customers not saying anything about this. Whole place is kind of run down, time for renovations, infested with cockroaches, team even gave spray for cockroaches on arrival. Pool massage function but fully working just half of it. Surface falling off from pool like sharp sand always in bottom of pool. Area is 10min walk to main road, bad street lights if u wanna walk prepare for flashlight or use phone. When I said this to team about construction they stopped answering me. At checkout they said I used electricity worth almost 5000baht for 1 week. Wtf just me and 2 kids we used one bedroom and living room only used ac when sleeping. Had another villa week before this same size and we used ac exactly same and there I payed 800baht. This house worth maybe 80usd a night ok it look nice outside but that’s it rest run down and infested with cockroaches.
