lingkungannya worth-it, di tengah pusat kota batu, sangat dekat dengan pusat oleh2 brawijaya, banyak resto di sekitarnya, mau kemana2 gampang banget, jumlah kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya juga sesuai harapan, kondisi rumahnya juga bersih dan asri
