La struttura è in una posizione favolosa, vicino al mare

− La casa avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione per quanto riguarda i bagni e la disposizione dei letti; si sta veramente molto stretti. Per il resto la casa è comoda e funzionale. Sicuramente una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia.

− The check-in time was 5:00 p.m. Prior to arrival, I was told I would receive a message if early access became available so that I could enjoy the beach, which was one of the main reasons I chose this property. That message never came. At around 4:30 p.m., I started trying to contact the property because I had not received a complete address or check-in instructions. The phone was switched off. At 5:00 p.m., I contacted Booking.com, who also attempted to reach the owner without success. Approximately 50 minutes later, Booking.com informed me that the owner was unable to accommodate my reservation for unknown reasons and advised me to find alternative accommodation. I then spent more than an hour in my car and on the phone searching for another place to stay and ultimately made a second booking. About 10 minutes after securing alternative accommodation, I started receiving calls and messages from the owner, who explained that he had been on a flight. Unfortunately, by that point I had already been told the reservation could not be honoured and had arranged another place to stay. The original booking was eventually cancelled and refunded, but the entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. A property should have a reliable check-in process and a backup contact available, especially when guests are arriving.

Here we had a lot of fun with a great memory…

Very comfortable house, clean and well maintained down to the smallest details. A lovely livable living room and a veranda overlooking the garden, where is a beautiful private beach. The owner is very helpful and recommended many great places and restaurants.

Die Lage direkt am Meer. Massimo war mittels Whatsapp gut erreichbar und hat in kurzer Zeit geantwortet.

− Das Dach hat ein Loch und bei starken Regenfällen tropft es in die Stube. Von den 8 Betten sind 2 wirklich gut, die anderen sechs sehr alt und durchgelegen. Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut ausgerüstet, Massimo hat aber die fehlenden Dinge nachgeliefert. Die ganze Einrichtung ist älter, es gibt kein bequemes Sofa.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer, der Strand war wirklich nur für die Bewohner der Anlage. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und hat sich sofort um fehlende Gegenstände gekümmert.

− Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den Stockbetten haben keine Schränke, nicht ausreichend viel Möglichkeiten für Tageslicht und ein Zimmer hat keine Aircondition.
