− Nothing to complain about, if you find the shortcut to beach (pedestrian road to reach beach is just over the street, it's very close to it).

Un perfetto connubio tra design moderno e tecnologie all'avanguardia che trasforma ogni angolo in un'opera d'arte. Non si tratta solo di una casa, ma di un vero e proprio capolavoro architettonico che lascia senza parole. Design innovativo! Appena si varca la soglia, è evidente che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per sorprendere. Linee pulite, dal colore bianco totale, linee geometriche e materiali interni di altissima qualità conferiscono a questa villa una bellezza moderna e minimalista. Le ampie vetrate ( stupenda quella centrale) panoramiche permettono di godere di una vista mozzafiato, creando un ambiente che sembra fondersi perfettamente con la natura circostante. Tecnologia e comfort a livelli eccezionali La parte tecnologica è un altro aspetto che lascia davvero senza fiato. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort che permettono di controllare ogni aspetto,, tutto con un semplice tocco. L’illuminazione bellissima e la gestione della sicurezza sono solo alcune delle innovazioni che rendono la villa non solo elegante, ma anche funzionale e all’avanguardia. Una nota di merito va alla cucina in stile americano con penisola e all'illuminazione esterna ed interna.
− Forse un pochino stretto e angusto il vialetto di entrata e il posto auto per parcheggiare a ridosso della villa.

9.0Хорошее расположение, очень близко к пляжу. Мы ходили купаться и потом возвращались на виллу, идти 3 минуты. Есть все необходимое. Красиво, чисто. Хозяин постоянно на связи.
A wonderful villa in a great location with a fabulous host!
10.0We loved the location 2 minutes from the beach but also within easy distance of Ortigia, Noto and all the lovely towns in the south east as well as an easy day trip for Etna. The villa was a really chilled space with an outdoor shower which was brilliant for coming back from the beach. The villa had everything we needed and we loved it. Fabio was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. He also sent us lots of useful links for restaurants and places to go.
