4 bedrooms + 3 baths. A/c. Easy access. Courtyard. Centrally located. Safe neighborhood. 4 king beds!!

− These are nit picky, if I have to write something… 1. The ADU is rented out on property. There are 2 rentals on site. The neighbors/renters nice, but if you want privacy, not for you. Or, you could rent out for a larger party and ideally rent out both rentals. 2. The house was very clean, but if you are sensitive to perfumes, then it might be too strong of a scent for you. Personally, I’m not sensitive to smells, but my mom is. 3. The showers. To turn on, you will get wet because the glass door doesn’t open all the way 4. I couldn’t find any face wash cloths. I think I found one, but it was stained? Suggest buying black washcloths for face so patrons will not have stained washcloths for face. 5. Suggest bleaching white towels 6. Suggest putting flat sheet in between person & duvet. I don’t want linens touching me if an other person used the duvet cover before me and it might not have been washed 7. Dryer does not dry clothes all the way @ 45min heavy duty drying. Will need to run an additional 20 min of drying. 8. The vinyl flooring is uneven in the house. Someone could trip on the boards and it could create a liability

great location great post and great size of the house. Definitely needs some deferred maintenance.

Like the size of the house and all the amenities.

− we could not get much cold water in the showers. It was hot and very hot. The light coming from outside the house with so bright that you could not sleep in some of the spare bedrooms. Some of the curtains were broken it did not block the light from coming in.

It was a clean, chic, and pleasant home - host was amazing!

The property was more beautiful in person! We met the host on-site for check in and it was a simple, easy and very pleasant process from check in to check out. The host was very warm and so accommodating & we had an amazing chat about the property rules, life, etc. They had really cool onsite amenities like built in speaker, mood lights in the backyard, personal Bluetooth speaker in each room, smart TV in the living room, and a killer vanity in one room. The place was elevated and chic while also feeling like home. It was actually very spacious as well, my guests were so surprised how roomy and comfortable it was. I would 100% recommend and stay again just because I had such a great experience with the host.
