10.0Awesome place building was well thought out and fully equipped with appliances.Air conditioning worked really well.Everything sparkling clean and the pool well maintained, the garden too.Even two bicycles available to use to explore the area.Security top notch, cameras everywhere outside. Lovely spacious bathrooms and rooms , only one bedroom with out AC. Highly recommend staying here, extremely good value for what you get, affordable luxury

Unser kleines Paradies in Sri Lanka
10.0The Pearl liegt nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt in einer gepflegten Wohngegend. Vom Flughafen fährt man nur etwa 45 bis 60 min. Das Haus und der Garten sind einfach wunderschön und haben einen hohen Standard. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und luftig gestaltet, 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und es gibt 2 Bäder. Die Einrichtung ist zwar typisch sri lankisch, allerdings mit europäischem Touch. Es gibt sogar Spiele und Bücher zum Ausleihen in verschiedenen Sprachen. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und es gibt genügend frische Handtücher. Das Highlight ist der Garten. Er ist ein richtiges Paradies mit eigenem Pool, Sonnenliegen und Hängematte. Die tropischen Pflanzen locken auch viele Vögel an, sodass ein tolles Flair entsteht. Erange pflegt den Garten täglich und steht auch immer mit Rat und Tat für kleine Einkäufe und lokale Tipps zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt. Bei sämtlichen Anliegen konnten wir Kristin und Thusitha immer erreichen.

10.0Это чудесное место, где чувствуется любовь в каждой детали. Место, которое влюбляет бесповоротно. Очень красивая вилла и территория. На вилле все есть для удобства проживания, кондиционеры, стиральная машинка, чистая питьевая вода, холодильник, посуда, прекрасное постельное белье. Уезжать не хочется. Океан в 2-х минутах ходьбы. Через дорогу отель Белая роза, куда можно сходить пообедать или поужинать, готовят приемлемо, но очень долго ждать, поэтому лучше заказать заранее. Понравилось абсолютно все. Но хочется отметить отзывчивых хозяев, которые всегда были на связи и были готовы ответить на все наши вопросы . Спасибо вам, я очень благодарна вам!

10.0Красивая и ухоженная территория. 4 комнаты с кондиционерам одна без. Отличный чистый бассейн. Тихое место (соседей не слышно, машины не ездеют от них тоже шума нет). До моря 3 минуты ходьбы где отличные закаты( само море грязновато)
