8.0Very spacious and clean with a great view. Modern and comfortable. Centrally located in Santa Cruz but since it’s close to the main highway, it’s easy to go anywhere else.
− One of the bathroom showers leaked to the outside floor. The same room has a big crack on the wall which seem to have mold on it.
