宿泊施設は素晴らしかった。広いし、家具も素晴らしい！

− 人数変更の対応や施設利用について問い合わせしたが、カスタマーセンター、管理事務所やブッキングコムなどの連携が最悪な上にAIが対応するので、話しが進まず、他に問い合わせしてもそれぞれ言っていることが違うし、本当に最悪な対応です。せっかく素晴らしい施設なのに本当に残念でなりません。 あと、備えつけの歯ブラシを利用しましたが、歯磨き粉が硬くて全然出てこない。無理やり出したら固まっていました。古いのかよくわかりませんが、こんな歯磨き粉が固まっているなんてその管理も確認してください。

Gorgeous traditional place with lots of modern comforts. We all slept well in our rooms (note: stairs are a bit steep up to loft room).

− Good to know... there is only one knife and it is hard to find (it was in the bottom draw on the left). The fire was hard to start but I think you had to bring your own gear! Didn't like that we had to take our own rubbish away unless we wanted to pay. Where do you dump your rubbish in Japan?!!
