The location is beautiful and close to all the major attractions. The pool and beach are few feet away. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable; a great space for family. The host is extremely helpful and responds quickly. My family had to make last-minute changes to our reservation, and the host was extremely accommodating. I'll be staying here if in JA again.

− Be prepared for stairs as there are 3 floors, wasn't always fun, especially with a 1 yr old attached to me.

The condo is 3 floors. Penthouse with a rooftop and amazing bathroom was so luxurious. We loved that our 3 kids were comfortable with their own bathrooms in each room The beach area is just enough. The waters are calm and warm. We took the kayaks out, and my 10 yr old had such a blast. We had a well equipped kitchen. Each room had a TV , WiFi and AC. The pool was great. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony. Very private. I was in contact with Colleen. She was very helpful made the check in easy, just a pin number for the lock and that's it. Whatever questions i had was answered promptly. There is a security guard, so you feel very safe and a gate..We had a Mexican restuarant called Papi Chulo. They have breakfast times on the menu. If you want to really have a Jamaican breakfast then there was a small restaurant maybe a 7 min walk called SYB's. Don't expect an English breakfast. They have traditional food on the menu. We had to take a cab. You have to negotiate with the cab drivers. From the condo to fishing village you would pay 1.50 to 2 Usd per head. Fishing Village was where we ate most of the time. We recommend going to Progressive foods grocery to pick up some juices and maybe breakfast items. We recommend Reggae kitchen and Lounge ( ask for kosher ), Dave's Lobster. There is a little mini Mart next to SYB's restaurant. The owner is Sam. Pretty good guy. Overall we had a wonderful stay in Ochi !!!

− My husband is sensitive to noise. There was road noise from the main street, but I slept like a baby. The water pressure was low.

Great option for staying in ocho ríos and especially when coming with few people/ small group.. each room has privac

Very comfortable with 3 different floors and bathroom in each room.. the house was well equipped

− House was overall clean, except the kettle which was very dirty, we needed to clean it ourself.

− The private beach in this condominium is very small but the apartment is centrally located so it is easy to drive to other beaches in the area

Colleen our host was very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time. Snorkeling right out on our very own beach was incredible.
