Lots of perfume

Beautiful room

− The check in was quickly conducted by two young men of maybe 20, one zipping me to the room in a golf cart then dropping bag and running out. That wasn't such a big deal, but you have to check in at Hotel Oasi which is covered in perfume, and the room at Rocce Rosse was so drenched in perfume that I could barely be in there a minute without developing a headache. On my way back to the other hotel to try to solve the problem, I found the last room at a wonderful family hotel that didn't have perfume, and was in a bind that if the smell wasn't mitigated and I didn't book the room at the non smelly hotel, I may be out of luck and spend the night looking for another hotel. Hotel Rocce Rosse said they would wash the floors, and tried to take me to a sister hotel way up in the hills far from the town, but I asked for a partial refund which they agreed to, but i haven't received despite asking them about the promised refund in a message, and filing a complaint with Booking. Rocce Rosse also didn't respond when I asked, prior to my stay there, for assistance or recommendations on booking a trip to see Stromboli at night.

Ho soggiornato in questa villa per una notte e l'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Il posto è fantastico, curato e molto accogliente. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e un'accoglienza calorosa.
