− There was no meet and greet Not shown where it was or anything about it No welcome pack or instructions 😒 despite a heatwave not even a bottle of water in the fridge 🙄 very poor customer service

− We had some issues with the electrics, and felt the kitchen could have been better equipped for 9 people.
Casa sucia, dejada, y sin matenimiento
2.0La ubicación
− Desastre total, falta de higiene y peligro Calificación: 1/10 Nuestra estancia en Villa Can Borras ha sido una pesadilla. La casa presenta un estado de abandono absoluto y una gestión pésima. - El engaño de los aires acondicionados: La casa cuenta con 7 aparatos de aire acondicionado, pero a nuestra llegada solo funcionaban 3. A pesar de avisar, solo se molestaron en arreglar uno, dejando la mayor parte de la casa sin climatización. Además, la instalación eléctrica es deficiente: los plomos saltaron varias veces con solo un aire encendido. - Higiene asquerosa: Es intolerable encontrar las habitaciones en este estado. La ropa de cama estaba llena de pelos, las sábanas tenían manchas de sangre y fluidos y las almohadas restos de pintalabios. Es evidente que no lavaron ni cambiaron la ropa de cama antes de nuestra entrada. - Instalaciones peligrosas y rotas: La reja del parking es un peligro público; se aguanta de un hilo y se cae al intentar abrirla para pasar con el coche. Por otro lado, la iluminación de uno de los dormitorio es tétrica (casi a oscuras) y la mesa de ping-pong está destrozada e inservible. En resumen: Una casa cara, sucia, peligrosa y con un mantenimiento inexistente. El propietario es consciente de los fallos (como los aires) y no los soluciona. AVISO: No tiren su dinero aquí.
Christmas stay.
5.0Great location. Parking for lots of cars. Good size space/ house. Liked the pool, bbq and outdoor facilities would have been great for summer. Plenty of towels. Enjoyed the lemon trees !
− The lounge needs more comfortable sofas. False advertizing of aditional sofa bed and did not provide extra bedding and no heat for the winter. Due to winter the rooms were slighlty mouldy would benifit from heating. Could have done with biggger tea cups and more kitchen equipment ( working toaster, overn trays, pots and pans). Highly recomends - Basic condements or a welcome pack including items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk.
Really nice villa& staff. Only downside was the big street that's in front+far away from evrything
