The restaurant food was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

− I thought my booking was with The Oaks. Turned out it was thru Weekenda who have apartments on the property. I didn't like dealing with Weekenda. Their service was awful. They cancelled my original booking and only because I asked why they found me another room. Speaking with Weekenda was impossible. Had to leave messages and they never got back to me. The bed sheets where clean, but the doonas were absolutely disgusting. Do not book a room thru Weekenda.

Very comfortable villa looking down towards the pool. Kangaroo's outside in the morning was an added bonus.

− Bombarded with messages ( from another booking agency )after booking with pages on rules and regulations, checkin and checkout. You have to download ID and send and name and date of birth of all guests. Just alot !! Also there is an added 3rd party booking fee on top of the booking.com fee quoted. The villa itself was fabulous.

Beautiful apartment with all ammenities you need, including all basic cooking supplies. Great location & a lovely home setting if you wish to spend a night in.

− Nothing, this was a great place to stay with friends for a weekend in the Hunter Valley.
