Casa muy agradable para gente que busca tranquilidad entre Campos y Felanitx. Es ideal para una familia numerosa con abuelos o dos parejas con niños! La casa era muy limpia y acogedora. Todo era perfecto! Gracias Toni!

Für den Preis war alles ok

Das Anwesen liegt außerhalb und ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein sehr großes Grundstück und einen schönen Pool. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gab alles was man braucht. Es gab Gewürze Kaffeepods sehr viel Küchenaussttung, Bügeleisen, Fön, Mikrowelle Wasseroberfläche und und und. Der Vermieter hat sogar zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und eine Käseplatte bereitgestellt. Wir hatten leider 2x kein Warmwasser aber nach Benachrichtigung an den Vermieter, hat er es umgehend behoben!

− Die Möbel sind teilweise sehr alt. Es war nicht sehr sauber, es gab viele Spinnweben und im Schlafzimmer sah es an einer Wand nach Schimmel aus. Aber für den Preis war es ok!

Wir wären gerne am zweiten Tag abgereist, das wurde leider laut Booking vom Vermieter verwehrt.

− Massiver Schimmel im Haus sichtbar und riechbar Kein WLAN funktional-Arbeiten unmöglich Nahezu kein regulärer Internetempfang Nahezu kein Telefonempfang Zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser da jeweils Gasflaschen nicht aufgefüllt waren Ameisen im Haus Heizungen nicht funktionstüchtig 4 Klimaanlagen in 7 Räumen sind zum heizen schwierig Bäder ganz unbeheizt Booking sagte der Vermieter hat die Abreise abgelehnt. Später dann hat der Vermieter dann gar nicht reagiert und man solle zumindest eine negative Bewertung abgeben. Gerne wären wir einfach am zweiten Tag abgereist, das wäre uns das liebste gewesen.

Die ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und der Obstkorb zur Begrüßung, deutsche Bücher sind vorhanden. Toni hat bei kleineren Problemen sofort geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

− Im Februar war das Haus ziemlich kalt, Heizen nur über Klimaanlage möglich.
