Das Haus ist total geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr modern und gemütlich zugleich. Wir wurden toll empfangen und es war immer jemand erreichbar. Das Haus liegt direkt am Hafen, es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants vor der Tür, das Beste ist das Familia ❤️ Wir können es wärmsten empfehlen hier ein paar zu verbringen. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Teenagern dort.

− Es war alles super, es Abends etwas lauter sein, weil es natürlich ein belebter Bereich ist. Aber das Haus ist extrem gut isoliert, d.h. Im Zweifel Fenster zu machen. War aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, man ist ja im Urlaub und geht nicht um 8 ins Bett ☝️

I can't say that I liked the property too much. It's just that the fact that it is located near the seafront, meaning near restaurants, could be an advantage, but also a disadvantage.

− The house is not very well maintained, there are no useful furniture elements (a small table, a chair in the dressing room, some hangers), the floor is made of concrete painted with epoxy paint, dirty or cracked in places. We had to keep the shutters closed every day, because it is a house located on the port's cliff, so there is a risk that a thief could enter through the window and rob us, which is why it was constantly dark in the house, without sunlight. Moreover, we left the dirty towels at the entrance door for about 3 days and no one picked them up. We received clean towels, but the dirty ones were not picked up. No one cleaned while we were staying, although sand was accumulating on the floor. I cleaned and washed the floor. The bathrooms are really small and uncomfortable. Moreover, because it is located on the cliff, for about 2 nights we could not rest because we could hear very loud music from the surrounding terraces, which was disturbing. One thing that bothered us was that check-out is between 8-10 am, even though the ferry boat leaves in the afternoon.the location is for comfortable people, who want to have restaurants close by, although the food is not very good, in fact my husband had a really bad stomach ache.

It was the perfect location to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, we couldn’t have wished for anything better

A beautiful and comfortable home with everything we needed to enjoy the Island of Kefalonia. The location was perfect with sea views and numerous good restaurants very close by. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location in Sami - close to all amenities, ferry’s etc. 2 Good size bedrooms. As photos show on web site Olvio has been very nicely updated. Air con. The communication with property handlers was very good from start to the end of our holiday. All very helpful and very friendly.

Effortless and sophisticated mediterranean home, perfectly located for exploring Kefalonia and surrounding islands

The property is absolutely stunning: the furnishings & decor are welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The mattresses and pillows in the two bedrooms are of the absolute highest quality (all are products from Cocomat) and comfort. The bedrooms were very spacious and the open concept living/dining/kitchen area also provided ample space. Glass wear, kitchen utensils, toiletries, washing machine etc. was also provided for - absolutely nothing was missing during our stay. The location was also fantastic - there is a taverna right next to the property, the main square of the village is a 4 minute walk and within a 6 minute walk in the opposite direction you have reached a pebbled beach with crystal clear water. It’s also a great strategic location for exploring Kefalonia: the ferry port is just 3 minutes away, from where you can take a day trip to Ithaca (an absolute highlight when on Kefalonia, and something that you shouldn’t miss doing), Anitsamos Beach is a 10-minute car drive away and the Melissani Caves are also reachable by car in under 10 minutes.

A beautiful cottage opposite the sea and near to lovely restaurants/bars, shops and the Port.

A great location overlooking the sea and near to some lovely restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated inside and the beds very comfy. We were met by Gloria who was very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. We are hoping to return next year as we loved it so much!

− The outdoor chairs could have been more comfortable for sunbathing.
