10.0アニメティが充実してたのと、一棟丸ごと貸し切れて自然にかこまれとても快適に過ごせました。 観光スポットのフクギ並木通りもすぐそばにあり、ビーチも歩いてすぐの距離にありとてもよかったです。
− スマートフォンからの予約変更の操作をするのがうまくできず、スタッフさんとのやりとりもすこしスムーズにいかなかったところです。
It was so uncomfortable we left after first night and didn’t complete our stay- customer service was 100% unresponsive
2.0The layout was nice and worked for families
− Smelled very strong like mold- filthy- food splashed in walls, visible mold. - a/c was not efficient and rooms were very sticky and furniture was wet. Roof was leaking- porch area was very slippery when raining - rodent droppings everywhere
