10.0We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Amita. The villa was beautiful, spacious, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The fire pits and pool with multiple seating areas were a highlight! The chef cooked us amazing meals and delicious breakfast’s. The staff and service were exceptional throughout our stay and always willing to help with anything we needed. Although the villa is located quite a distance from many attractions, the team made getting around easy by organising reliable drivers whenever we needed them. Their hospitality really made our holiday special.
− The only downside was that the villa is quite far from most restaurants, shops, and tourist areas, so travel times can be longer. However, the staff were very helpful in arranging transport, which made this much easier to manage.

10.0We had amazing experiences at this villa! The best place ever!!! Not only because of design, perfect location on the hill, all furniture and designer items and especially the staff and service!! They could create the atmosphere to feel you only person in the world !!!! Everything was cleaned and done but never but never caused any inconvenience . They cooked delicious dinners for our company, very tasty duck, fish and chicken. Мы отдыхали большой компанией и все сошлись во мнении, что это что это лучшее место которое мы посещали!! Все было здорово! Огромное спасибо вам за гостеприимство. И отдельное спасибо Nuda, за организацию и профессионализм!!! Так же очень понравился пляж Миласти, ехать совсем недалеко. Рады, что выбрали эту виллу!
سافرت الى دول كثيره وسكنت فنادق كثيره لكن هذا المكان اسوء تجربة كانت في حياتي كلها

− مدير الفندق تعامله سيئ جداً حيث قام بطردنا من المكان بحجة انه عددنا زاد عن 10 اشخاص مع العلم انه كان يريد ان يتفق معنا بشكل ودي ودون علم بوكينغ او صاحب المكان مقابل ان ندفع مبلغ اضافي عن يوم واحد فقط ولكن طلبنا ان يكون هذا الامر بشكل رسمي ولهذه لم نستجب لكلامه وبعدها طلب منه مغادرة المكان ف اضطررنا للمغادرة والبحث عن مكان اخر رغم انه الحجز كان متبقى له 3 ايام، عدم وجود خصوصية نهائيا حيث الموظفين يدخلون الى الفيلا دون سابق انذار ودون استئذان حيث يوجد باب لهم من المطبخ مرتبط مع غرفة المعيشة يدخلونه متى ارادوا ذلك ، لم يسمح لنا بتشغيل التكييف الموجود في غرفة المعيشة رغم انه الاجواء كانت حاره ورغم انه دفعنا لحجز الفيلا مقابل كل خدمه نستطيع الاستفادة منها ، المكان في منطقة لا يوجد حياه فيها معزولة عن المدن وطريق اليها وعر ، نظافة الفيلا غير جيدة ، ايضا الكهربا بعض الاحيان كان تنطفئ وايضا اضاءات المسبح احد الايام لم تعمل

− The only negative is beyond control of the villa, which is the big construction side next to it.

− it was great. Just note that the access road is bumpy but it really isn't a big problem and grab taxis come quickly.

Construction work is processing on the adjacent plot of land 131 ft to the east of our villa. As we don’t have any control over when the construction starts or finishes and how loud it is, we are offering a 50% discount off of our existing rates with full understanding of the guests that there is and will be some noise disturbance.
(Therefore no compensation will be given, no cancelation will be accepted.)
