− וילה מתחת לכל ביקורת. רמת ניקיון ירודה של המכשירים במטבח, הוילה לא מתוחזקת, הבריכה מלוכלכת, לא בטיחותית לילדים (הדשא הסינטטי מקופל וגדר הבריכה נסגרת עם שרוך בלבד) אי אפשר ללכת/להתנהל בחדר ממד (*שללא מזגן*) כי המיטה תופסת כמעט את כל החדר, טלוויזיות לא עבדו, המגבות עם כתמים, הכל מיושן ולא אסתטי, בית כנסת נמצא במרחק ולא כמו שמצויין במתקני הוילה. אחרי כשעה שהגענו החלטנו לעזוב את המקום ולחזור הביתה מבואסים. שוחחנו עם איגור בשיחת ווטסאפ (טעות שלנו כי זה לא הוקלט) שהסכים מבחינתו להחזר מלא או חלקי אך טען שאישור ההחזר לא דרכו ולפנות לשירות של בוקינג לברר עימם אם ניתן לבצע החזר כספי אך לאחר שיחה איתם הם אמרו שזה רק באישור איגור בעל הוילה- שכמובן לא ענה לנו לשום טלפון ולאחר המון נסיונות של בוקינג ליצור איתו קשר הם השיגו אותו והחליט לא לאשר החזר כפי שהובטח. חוויה נוראית ומאכזבת, היזהרו..
