Dum je rozdelen na dve bytove jednotky se dvema kuchynemi. Jedna cas je starsi, druha novejsi. Ale vse bylo ciste, dobre vybavene. Pri prijezdu jsme meli pripravene zakladni potraviny , vody, kava, susenky, maslo, med, marmelada… Vila se nachazi v klidne casti ostrova… Vse bylo uplne bez problemu. Dekujeme az zase zavitame na Rhodos, tak urcite sem!

Das Haus und die Lage sowie die Ausstattung ist absolut traumhaft.

Die Gastgeben haben uns zu sehr später Stunde noch persönlich empfangen. Im Haus waren Getränke, Obst und Snacks für uns vorbereitet, so dass wir erst am nächsten Tag einkaufen gehen mussten. Es war alles tip top. Die Gastgeber sprechen fließend englisch und wir konnten uns super verständigen. Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie dort, die Wohneinheiten sind super aufgeteilt, so dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte. Wir haben den Pool und vor allem die Strandnähe sehr genossen. Es ein traumhaft schönes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wenn man ein mal dort ist, will man das Haus nicht mehr verlassen, aber es gibt in der näheren Umgebung trotzdem einige tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man besuchen kann. Wir konnten im Nachbarort einkaufen und bummeln und Essen gehen. Wir können das Haus und auch die wundervollen Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at Villa Akti in June and it was wonderful. Villa has everything you need for comfortable vacation. We were three families with kids and we enjoyed it totally. Pigi and Eva were very kind and ready to help with everything. We will be back.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal primo momento: accoglienza calorosa e confortevole (con caffè, frutta nel frigo, vino per iniziare al meglio la vacanza). La casa è dotata di ogni comfort: piscina, spiaggia privata, lavatrice su tutti i piani e ben condizionata con aria.

− Gli spazi sono ben strutturati. Siamo stati in due famiglie e abbiamo avuto i nostri spazi pur stando sempre insieme

The hostess's hospitality was incredible! The feeling was like we came to my close relatives for a summer visit. There were all necessary stuff at the villa and a few presents. The location is perfect - hardly can I imagine more: sea is 2min walk directly from villa through the beatiful garden; a canopy at the sea with a plenty of shade and lounges; fully equipped kitchen; convenient grill area with all you may need. Definitely recommend not to miss this pearl at Rhodes❤️

− Some bathroom cabins or kitchen fittins may seem outdated though it does not affect the overal pleasant experience.

Relaxing beach holidays far away from the crowds

We stayed in this villa with 2 families of 5 (10 people in total- 4 adults and 6 teenagers between 13 and 20 years old) and had an excellent experience. The hosts were super friendly, very responsive during the booking and available for the smallest requests we had with very fast follow up during our stay. The house was spotless clean and foreseen from all amenities that one needs for a flawless experience: bed and kitchen linen, beach towels, very well equipped kitchens (2 inside, and 1 outside including large BBQ and pizza oven, starter grocery package) and bathrooms (4 in total incl. 2 washing machines), beautiful garden with private pool, plenty of sunbeds and lots of shade and a beach with private loungers and gazebo at 20 meters from the house & pool. Gated parking for 2 cars. Excellent maintenance with regular pool cleaning, garden maintenance and intermediate cleaning option if desired. This is a place for people looking for tranquility and a peaceful holiday experience, and excellent for people who travel with a large family or with a group of friends. Supermarket, bakery, gas station and good restaurants at 5kms. As Rhodos is a small island, you can visit the full island from here with all key attractions between 10 to 75 minutes of driving distance (car recommended), while coming home in a very authentic, not touristic area far away from the crowds for full relaxation on an almost deserted beach with crystal clear water. The house has excellent shaded locations in the garden and air-conditioning in the house to make you comfortable even during the hottest moments of the day. This is also an excellent location for watersports lovers with excellent sailing, windsurf and snorkeling/diving options at less than 15 mins of drive. We want to explicitly call out the excellent hosts Pigi & Nicolas for the warm and personal welcome in their house. Thank you dear Pigi & Nicolas!

− If you are travelling with small children (toddlers), be aware that the house consists of 2 parts, not connected through the interior. In our case, as we were travelling with teenagers, this was rather an advantage:-) as the kids had their own space, yet be mindful if travelling with smaller children that the house consists of 3 bedrooms in the first part, and 2 bedrooms in the other part. If you have adults in each part of the house, this is of course also still highly recommended for families with small children. I would recommend checking in upfront with the owners so you are clear on the layout of the house before booking to make sure it suits your needs.
