Lovely holiday. Great location, good villa and we would probably book again?

Location was great 👍 also English tv a real bonus.

− The pool was too deep. Ie: there was not a shallow end and difficult to get in and out on ladder. (Same depth all over.) Garden rather plain. No interesting flowers planted. Just flowering bushes around outskirts.

Villa confortable pour passer de bonnes vacances à 6 personnes, à 2 pas de la plage, proche des commerces et restaurants, mais un peu loin des lieux à visiter. Il y a largement de quoi se divertir sur place : piscine, plage, billard, ping pong. Quartier calme (beaucoup de passage de voitures dans la rue juste devant mais on entend rien fenêtres fermées). Une équipe est venue faire le ménage et changer les draps et serviettes à la moitié du séjour.

− Pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée ni au départ alors qu’on nous a accusé d’avoir cassé du matériel qui était déjà dans cet état à notre arrivée. Piscine pas très propre à notre arrivée : du sable, des pansements, pleins de feuilles au fond de la piscine. Une personne passait chaque matin pour la « nettoyer » mais elle était toujours aussi sale. Maison qui aurait besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement pour être à la hauteur du prix payé : transats tachés, rideaux également tachés. beaucoup de fourmis et des cafards sur la terrasse. Odeur d’égouts dans les salles de bain de l’étage. Vaisselle dont la moitié est en plastique pour enfants. Climatisation payante dans les parties communes. Les rideaux ne sont absolument pas occultants donc difficile de dormir une fois le jour levé.

− The house was not very clean when we are arrived. There was lots of light coming into the room so couldnt sleep much. The house needs renovation. Fun was not working properly.

We didn't stay! Anyone in their right mind will avoid this property and these cowboys @ Agni!

Nothing we did not stay at the property! It was not even habitable for animals let alone humans and do not let the fake reviews tell you otherwise! The place has a massive damp issue and that's just the start!

− We were made aware some weeks prior to our holiday that the property we had booked with Agni Travel had a lot of issues. We raised this with Agni Travel, as we had disabled members in our party and were concerned for their health and safety. When speaking to them on the phone, the phone agent called the other reviews lies and we were "reassured" that the villa was inspected and fine and that they wouldn't refund us to rebook. We had no choice but to hope what we were told was factual. On arrival at the property we discovered that was not the case at all. The place had a massive damp issue that was growing mould (and the damp was running down the walls), the smell was overwhelming. That was just the start of it. The extractor fan was not fixed to the wall, leaving electric wires exposed, there were cracks running through the walls and light fittings, the ceiling fan almost came down in one bedroom, the stair handrails were loose and with any weight put on them would potentially fall down, the paint was wet and crumbling off the walls due to the damp, the area around the swimming pool was untidy, dirty and dangerous, the stairs into the pool were not fixed to the side of the pool wall and were coming out the ground also. This is just to name a few issues! We did not stay there - we couldn't with those in our party. Agni travel refused to admit any liability and refund us even though we had to source alternative accommodation. In fact Agni Travel completely contradicted themselves by saying that the "property was perfectly fine and habitable" and in the next sentence "you never gave us the opportunity to source you alternative accommodation" so which was it? We did give you the opportunity weeks before we were due to stay and you refused. This holiday was to celebrate a 40th birthday and was almost ruined.

Luxury accommodation with a private pool in a quiet part of Cyprus, sea across the road, sea view from the balcony, a bit noisier from the main road in the evening, otherwise everything absolutely top. we were 4 adults, 2 children, they also had a great time in the small pool. A place where we would love to come back, thank you
