− Roupa de cama e toalhas antigas, teve dois pontos de goteiras no teto e escorria água por uma parede (infiltração).

Localização e piscina para as crianças.

− Casa muito bem construída e pratica, mas com mobília interna de péssima qualidade, colchões extremamente desconfortáveis, moles, sem firmeza nenhuma. Casa sem panos e toalhas suficientes para acomodar 10 pessoas, ou seja, saiu da piscina molhado com o piso liso da casa, a chance de escorregar era enorme. Água para banho de origem duvidosa com leve cheiro de esgoto. Fios aparentes por toda a casa, portas de vidro travadas, apresentando enorme esforço para abri-las.
