− На жаль, залишились дуже неприємні враження від перебування. З відключенням світла ще можна було змиритися, оскільки про це попередили заздалегідь. Але жодної альтернативи чи резервного рішення запропоновано не було. На сніданок подали хліб із пліснявою — з 8 шматків 4 були зіпсовані. Складається враження, що його спеціально підігріли, щоб виглядав свіжішим, але це абсолютно не виправдовує ситуацію. Якість сніданку не відповідає його вартості. Щодо комфорту: ввечері батареї стали дуже гарячими буквально за кілька хвилин, а під ранок опалення, таке враження, що навмисно скрутили — у кімнаті було холодно й некомфортно для сну. Окремо здивувало ставлення. Коли телефонував і уточнював, чи є можливість приготувати яєшню (ми звикли інколи готувати самостійно), у відповідь почув: «Чию ви там яєшню хочете готувати? То готуйте собі вдома». Такий тон і формулювання виглядають щонайменше неповагою до гостей. Розраховували на базовий комфорт і сервіс, але, на жаль, цього не отримали.
