Good for hiking, riding and a good view of the amphitheatre of Drakensbergen
8.0The Location and view is amazing. Sunset Horseriding is a great experience with galloping zebra’s next to you. You do not have to be experienced rider.
− The cottage could be a bit more updates but still cosy and clean.

10.0Our first visit to South Africa, we were wowed by the beauty of the Drakensberg and were so pleased we had chosen to stay at Montusi. The setting is breathtaking, peaceful and quiet, lovely individual cottages set in immaculate grounds. We stayed for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, it’s obvious this place is run with love and care by the family. Every amenity had been thought of in the cottages, from fresh milk and filter coffee to bathrobes, biscuits and quality toiletries. The food was delicious too, fresh local produce full of flavour. We loved it here, thank you.
